The Barn sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and has a spacious family sitting room with dining for 8. It enjoys its own secluded garden with a private hot tub and a large enclosed play area complete with trampoline, play apparatus and football pitch. There is also a small games room with table tennis, pool table, table football, darts and a wide selection of family board games.

And if grandparents want to join for a few days, our brand new B&B rooms are available so that they can join in with the rest of the family and still have their own private haven for when the children get a bit too much!

For families with babies and toddlers, the following items are available on request at no extra cost: Cot, Highchair, Stair Gates, Baby Friendly Pack (steriliser, monitor, baby bath, bath mat, night light, nappy bin, sink step, potty, trainer loo seat, changing mat, booster seat, nappy sacks, wipes). Please let us know at the time of booking which of these options you would like provided for you.

For your four legged friend the following is provided: dog bed, dog crate, pooh bags, extra towels, treats, food and water bowls.

Being close to the coast, there are many beaches to explore such as Southwold, with its pier and pretty beach huts.

Family fun can also be had at Easton Farm Park, rowing on Thorpeness Meare, crabbing at Walberswick, exploring Framlingham Castle and discovering the animals at Africa Alive.
